  • Daily orders are placed with our trusted suppliers for items not in stock.

Dispatch Details

  • In-stock items are dispatched on the same or next day.
  • Items from suppliers are typically dispatched within 2-3 days.
  • Multiple items in an order are dispatched together, based on the longest lead time.

Shipping Information

  • Orders are dispatched on weekdays (excluding bank holidays).
  • You'll receive an email confirmation with order details upon purchase.
  • Another email with tracking information is sent when your order is ready for dispatch.

Order Issues

  • We'll contact you promptly if any issues arise with your order.
  • We offer suitable alternatives for unavailable items or provide quick refunds.

Delivery Service

  • We use APC, a reputable next-day delivery service for all shipments.
  • Urgent deliveries and direct next-day delivery options are available upon request.

Return Policy

14-Day Return Window

  • You have 14 days to notify us of your intent to return the item.
  • The returned goods must reach us within 30 days of your purchase.

Special Orders and Bespoke Products

  • Non-faulty special orders or bespoke products cannot be returned.

  • Non-returnable special orders or bespoke products include keyed-alike locks, master keyed cylinder systems, oversized products, and bespoke ironmongery.

Bespoke Product Ranges

  • The Croft Hardware, Frank Allart, Samuel Heath, Kirkpatrick, and Finesse ranges have specific return conditions.

Cancellation of Special Orders

  • We may decline cancellation requests if production or manufacturing has started.

Exchanges

  • Return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • We'll notify you of refund approval upon return inspection.
  • Refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
